Harvest Dinner

Partake in an unforgettable al fresco “Harvest Dinner” in the beautiful one-acre Chef’s Garden at Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort on Saturday, September 21.

The six-course menu, inspired by the rich Spanish and Mexican culinary heritage of Executive Chef Edward Ruiz, will feature food directly sourced from our Chef’s Garden, as well as local and sustainably grown offerings.

The Chef and our farmer, Haley Trengove, worked closely together to highlight the Chef’s Garden produce and herbs.

Our team collaborated to pair Spain’s Perinet wines, a sister winery of Tolosa Winery with each course.
