Our Chef Joshua Jones sources many products locally from breads, and proteins to produce to help support our local community. In our Chefs Garden, we utilize organic practices.

The 2-acre farm located on the west side across the bridge provides us with many beautiful vegetables through the growing season in which Chef creates culinary delights that are sure to please your palate.
