Our Chef Edward Ruiz sources many products locally from breads, proteins to produce to help support our local community. In our Chefs Garden we utilize organic practices.
The 2 acre farm located on the westside across the bridge provides us many beautiful vegetable's through the growing season in which Chef creates culinary delights that are sure to please your palate.
