- 2-Bedroom Queen & Junior Suite: 14 days prior to check-in. Any changes, cancelations, or modifications made to this reservation WITHIN 14 days of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 night plus tax.
- 3-Bedroom Guest House: 30 days prior to check-in. Any changes, cancelations, or modifications made to this reservation WITHIN 30 days of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 night plus tax.
- All Bookings for 2-bedroom Queen Suite, 2-Bedroom Junior Suite, and 3-bedroom Guest House Require an Advance Deposit equal to 1 nights stay plus taxes
