Cream of Chicken Chowder
With wild rice, grilled chicken, and mixed vegetables in a hearty cream chowder.
Local spinach tossed in an apple cider sesame vinaigrette. Topped with toasted almonds, dried cranberries, and fresh chevre.
Choose one from each of the following courses.
Surf and Turf
10oz. Filet Mignon with a veal demi-glace accompanied by a grilled shrimp skewer. Served with a twice-baked potato and sautéed asparagus.
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken breast stuffed with gruyere cheese and prosciutto. Breaded and fried to perfection. Topped with a garlic cream sauce accompanied by mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
White shrimp sautéed in a lemon butter white wine butter sauce with garlic, capers, and Roma tomatoes. Served on a bed of housemade linguini.
Roasted portabellas filled with a vegetable polenta and served with a side of sautéed broccolini.
Banana Cream Pie
Fresh bananas with homemade whipped cream in a delicious vanilla custard.
Irish Cream Chocolate Cake
Finished with Baileys buttercream frosting.
