Hotel Policies
Group/Length of Stay Policy:
Any booking with 6 or more total room nights, in any combination, are subject to different cancellation and advance deposit policies, and supersede our general terms and conditions above. Any such booking will be held provisionally until the terms are agreed upon. We reserve the right to cancel these bookings if the terms and conditions are not met. A member of our Reservation team can provide you with accompanying terms and conditions to secure your booking.

Deposit Policy:
All reservations require a major credit card for guarantee. A deposit may be required for some holidays or weekends. We reserve the right to pre-charge credit cards for reservations that are inside of the cancellation policy.
Authorization Policy:
Credit and Debit Cards will be processed and charged at time of check-in for any remaining stay total plus incidentals. This authorization will hold funds from your bank account in the amount of the room rate, inclusive of tax and facility fee, for all rooms nights plus the property's incidental hold. The incidental hold will cover any additional charges. The incidental hold is $100. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your bank account. Based upon the business rules of your bank, it may take 72 hours or longer for your bank to release the funds back to your account.
Modification Policy:
Any change in the length, dates or number of rooms in your reservation may result in a rate change or additional fees.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not informed us of any changes to your reservation, a no-show fee will be charged.
Check-In and Check-out:
Check-in: 4 pm. Check-out: 11 am.
*Please note: The nature of our property limits us more so than others in being able to accommodate requests for early check-in and late check-out.
Stayover Service:
While we do not offer daily room service, we can service your room upon request. Please let us know by 12pm each day if you would like to schedule this service. If you would like any additional items, or your hot tub serviced, please contact us at any time.
- For any stay longer than 3 days: Room service is required every third day and is scheduled with the front desk.
*Please note: If your room comes with the type of hot tub that is pre-filled (one you cannot drain and fill yourself) we are more than happy to refresh your tub for you each day. To make arrangements for this, please call or text us, or dial '0' from your in-room phone as soon as possible.
Hot Tub use:
Each room comes with a hot tub that is private to the room. There are two styles of mineral water for the hot tub: Some rooms will have water that has a strong sulfur aroma, and other rooms will have water that has little to no sulfur aroma. This is due to the chemistry of the mineral waters' source. (Lowest odor has the highest mineral and sulfur content).
- Additionally, there are two styles of hot tubs: Some rooms come with a hot tub that you fill yourself for each use and some rooms come with a hot tub that has been pre-filled. The water for the pre-filled hot tubs is refreshed and prepared for each guest's specific arrival and will stay heated. Per county health codes, all pre-filled hot tubs are required to have a minimal amount of chlorine added to the initial tub fill.
- Hours of allowed use: 7 am to 11 pm*
*Please note: If your room includes a prefilled hot tub, you may use the hot tub at any time so long as you do so without disrupting other guests.
Parking:
The parking fee is included as part of the nightly Facility Fee.
Pet Policy:
WE NOW HAVE DOG-FRIENDLY ROOMS!
● We have 19 rooms that are classified as Dog Friendly Rooms. Dogs are allowed ONLY in these rooms. There is a nightly $65 dog fee (maximum of $195 per stay) and your room will come with food/water bowls,(1) dog toy, and dog beds. There is a two dog per room limit. No breed limits, no weight limits, big or small, we LOVE them all.
● We do comply with ADA guidelines in regards to service animals.
● Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not ADA animals and cannot stay on property for free.
● If you would like to switch to a dog friendly room for this stay, please contact us before arriving as our dog friendly rooms are based on availability.
● Guests introducing dogs into non-dog-friendly rooms or suites will be charged a minimum $200 cleaning fee PLUS damages, including lost revenue.

Smoking Policy:
Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort is a no smoking resort. There is a minimum $250 fine for violating this policy.
*Please note: We are a No-Flame Property, and the use of the following is prohibited: candles, barbeques, firepits, fireworks, etc.
Payment:
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX for payment. At check in all guests are required to provide a valid credit card, in their name with matching photo ID for authorization purposes.
At check in, your card will be authorized for the amount of your stay as well as an additional $100 for any potential incidentals. This will immediately deduct funds from your account. Upon check-out any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon the business rules of your bank it may take 72 hours or longer for your bank to process this and make those funds available to you.

Etiquette:
We are dedicated to maintaining a relaxing and quiet atmosphere and ask that all of our guests be respectful of other guests in the hotel and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. We have a zero tolerance noise/disturbance policy and reserve the right to charge a noise disturbance fee if compensation is given to other guests due to noise.
