This rate includes a $35 Facility Fee and is subject to 12.75% tax, per room per night. The Credit Card used for the purchase must be presented at check-in along with a matching photo ID.
Valid for stays Sunday through Thursday only for stays from November 30, 2025 through Thursday, September 3, 2026.
BLACKOUT DATES:
All Fridays and Saturdays. 2025: December 19 - 31 | 2026: January 1 - 3, January 18 -19, February 13 - 16, March 27 - April 5, May 24 - 25, June 14, July 4-5.
BONUS TERMS:
Dining Bonus: One (1) voucher for $25 off dining at Gardens of Avila will be issued at check-in. Number of vouchers given based on number of nights on promotion. Must present voucher to your server at time of service. Must be used during time of stay. Voucher has no cash value. No refunds if unused. Not valid for room service or takeout.
