As we all face the season ahead with great hope of containment of the virus and safety for all, we also want to do our part in protecting each other.
At this time, NO CASES of COVID-19 have been reported or detected in our hotel employees.
It is with great compassion and sincere gratefulness that we welcome you to our hotel.
 All of us at Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort are committed to upholding stringent safety & hygiene policies at all times.
Below you will find some detailed information regarding our standard procedures, as well as some additional precautionary measures we are taking.
General measures
All staff work stations have been stocked with sanitizing products.
All staff have been trained on proper hand washing technique recommended by the CDC.
All staff have been advised to stay home if they are sick, or aren't feeling well.
Front Desk Staff
Will be using disinfectant wipes to clean communally used areas at frequent and regularly scheduled intervals throughout the day.
(Front door, guest lobby, phones, counters, computers, key cards, pens, etc.)
Housekeeping Staff
Have been issued latex gloves and will be changing their gloves after every room cleaned.

Sycamore Hillside Hot Tubs

We have closed our hillside hot tubsuntil further notice as a precautionary measure.

Garden's of Avila Restaurant
Will be closed until further notice as a precautionary measure.
