The view alone is worth the trip
Avila Beach

A sunny, quaint little beach town

A short walk or bike ride on the Bob Jones Trail will take you directly from Sycamore to the warmest of the Central Coast beaches. A half-mile stretch of white sand at Avila Beach is located just south of Port San Luis in a protective cove that keeps sea breezes and coastal fog at bay. The refreshingly unpretentious community offers local shops and tasting rooms alongside delicious eats of varying cuisines and price points.
