Spa Etiquette & Policies
Arrival:
To ensure the best spa experience, please arrive 45-minutes early to take part in your complimentary mineral springs soak or 15-minutes prior to your appointment without a soak. You will receive a locker with a spa robe, towel and flip-flops to use during your visit.
Cancellation:
To cancel or change appointments please do so at least 8 hours prior to your appointment to avoid full charge. Package/Group reservations require 24-hour notice for changes or cancellation.
Age:
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive spa services, 14-17 year olds must have a parent or guardian present.
Gratuity:
If you wish to leave a gratuity, 15-20% is customary.
