Chefs from Marisol at the Cliffs Resort, Sea Venture Resort, Apple Farm Wine Country Inn, and Gardens of Avila at Sycamore Mineral Springs will be creating exceptional tomato inspired prix fixe dinner menus using the just picked produce from the Chefs’ Garden and locally sourced produce. Each course will be paired perfectly with a selection from the Sunset Western Wine Awards nominee list. Offered from September 22 through October 6 at each property.
A special prix fixe family-style dinner will be served in the Tomato Garden at Sycamore on select dates during this two week period. (Sept. 22, 23 Oct. 6, 7, 8) Reservations will be very limited and can be made by contacting Brooke at brooke@cliffsresort.com or 805.556.3306. This is truly a one of a kind event, not to be missed!

We are so thankful for all of you and hope to see you again real soon!
My girlfriend and I stayed in West meadows for New Years this year. It our first time staying there and this just might be a new tradition for us. The room was amazing, warm and cozy. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get out of it, and the private hot tub was just as great. We Recommend!!
I spent several days at Sycamore Springs last week, a birthday present from my wife. As part of the package, she had arranged ahead of time for two massages with Don. The whole experience at Avila Beach and the resort was great fun, but meeting Don was the highlight of the trip.
As you must know, Don is not only a gifted masseur - so knowledgeable about "how to live a healthy life" - he's also an inspring human being.
I felt compelled to let someone at Sycamore Springs know how impressed I was with this special man. Thank you for having Don on the team. Keep up the good work!
Sincerely,
I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all you did in order to make our wedding day so special. I really enjoyed working with you in the months prior to our wedding. Thank you for taking on my stress! You're the best!
We stayed in a queen size suite with mineral water (sulfur) room.
The room was spacious and very clean.
The hot tub was really big! The sulfur was AMAZING! My eczema and dry skin really healed after I soaked in the tub.
We kept taking the bath about 3 times a day/night, and didn't get tired of it. It was a little raining when we were taking the bath one night, that made the outside hot tub even more comfortable.
I like the soap they provided in the room.
We loved the fireplace and wet bar too.
We will definitely come back to Sycamore.
We have been coming to the Gardens of Avila Restaurant for years, it's so nice to have the quality remain so high!
Thank you!
I decided to take my Mom here on the way back from our trip. We were greatly warmly by the staff. THe check-in process was quick and easy. We stayed in a queen size sulfur room. The room was kinda small but the hot tub was really big! The sulfur water really stinks at first, but you will eventually get use to the smell. After the bath, I felt recharged and my skin is definitely smoother! Can't wait to come back and visit!
My girlfriend and I decided to check this place out for our 5 year anniversary. We stayed in the Escape room which is one of the standard rooms and I liked the fact every room had a pleasant name instead of your typical " room 155". The bed was very nice and comfortable and the mineral spa was wonderful. The people at the front desk where just amazing and every time I would walk past them they would smile and say " how is everything going Justin" its the small things that can lift you up. I very much look forward to returning to this resort.
I want to thank you and the rest of the staff at Sycamore Mineral Springs for the great service at our Annual Meeting on May 20th. The event was very well attended. The food was great and everyone enjoyed themselves.
Again, thank you!
Thank you so much for the wedding. You did such a great job and everyone gave their compliments to how great you are! We look forward to seeing you again. You made this such a great and memorable day!
Sincerely,
We had amazing service both considerate and efficient at the Gardens of Avila Restaurant.
Husband and I came here for our 1st wedding anniversary. The room was clean and large. We loved the private mineral hot tub on our balcony and found it easy to use. We weren't in our room very much but had no complaints!
AWSOME!...Don't let other people fool you about this hotel....My husband and I usually only stay at 4 and 5 star hotel and resorts since I was a flight attendant for many years hotels are a big importance with me.
The staff was SO friendly, the rooms were very cozy and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I can remember staying in. The rooms are very clean, I would say only the carpet really needs updating, but it was still clean as can be.
The grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful, tucked away on a hillside with gardens and hiking trails and of course the mineral spas.
My husband and I took advantage of almost everything they had to offer....Two nights in the mineral tub which for the most part are very private tucked away in the hills and trees (the higher you go more privacy you get). We went on a beautiful hike that was about 2 miles round trip and was very nice.
Just a note of thanks for your help with my recent event (Steve's 90th Birthday.) I can't begin to tell you how pleased we were with every aspect of the party. The room looked beautiful, the food was wonderful, and the staff could not have done better. They were friendly, attentive, and efficient.
Sincerely,
We very much enjoyed our visit, the 3 times we have been have all been excellent service at both the bar and the restaurant!
