Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort is the ideal location for intimate Central Coast wedding ceremonies and receptions of up to 100 guests. Our beautiful Resort spans over 100 acres of forest, hills and meadows and is located between Pismo Beach and Avila Beach.
Create your dream wedding in the gorgeous Avila Valley in our lovely garden gazebo. Surrounded by lush floral landscape, our outdoor garden gazebo offers you one of the most breathtaking settings in San Luis Obispo County.
Indoor Wedding Receptions
After the garden wedding ceremony, your guests will be escorted to your reception catered by the Gardens of Avila Restaurant. Enjoy high vaulted ceilings, lovely natural light, and a crackling fireplace in our 1800 square foot banquet facility. A wood dance floor and mahogany bar are provided for your wedding reception.
Our onsite Wedding Coordinator looks forward to working with you to create an event that will be both flawless and memorable. Our talented and professional staff will make sure your guests can relax in an intimate atmosphere as they enjoy the ambiance of our serene Resort.
Wedding Rehearsal Dinners
Let your rehearsal dinner, catered by the Gardens of Avila Restaurant, start your Central Coast wedding weekend. With many options and styles to choose from, a savory wine country menu prepared by Executive Chef Robert Trester and an elegant ambiance that can't be matched, Sycamore is the perfect location to host your rehearsal dinner.
