Alice Bergendorff as Spa and Wellness Director
We are pleased to introduce our new Spa & Wellness Director, Alice Bergendorff.
“I’m so excited to be here. Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort is such a truly unique property; and what a wonderful group of people that work at the property,” says Alice.
"My focus and goal,” Alice continues, “is to offer new and exclusive treatments on the Central Coast, such as our just released Chardonnay Wine Therapy, and our upcoming marine-based and Ayurvedic botanical-based treatments. We are also going to be developing a Spa membership program.”
Alice brings more than 10 years of spa management experience in the health and wellness industry. Before joining Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort, Alice worked for various exclusive spas in Las Vegas. She also developed the flagship “Living Essentials” lifestyle store for Canyon Ranch Spa Club at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. Alice was awarded "Spa Director of the Year - 2006" by the Las Vegas Spa Association for outstanding contribution to the spa industry and her community.
She graduated from California State University, Long Beach where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Psychology. She is also a National Board Certified Massage Therapist (NCTM).
