Donation Requests
Thank you for your interest in Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort. At this time Sycamore has exceeded it's quota for donations and will not be processing any requests until September 2013.
For events after this date, please fill out the form below, upload any necessary attachments and press the Submit button when you are done.
Please keep in mind, all donation requests must be submitted to the donations department a minimum of 30 days prior to your event via this page. If you have not heard from us within 30 days, please assume we were not able to donate to your cause this year. Again, due to the high volume of donation requests, we are only able to donate a limited amount per quarter.
